Ellement App Maintenance on February 11th, 2024

Our prescription drug pharmacy network provider (TELUS) will perform maintenance on Sunday, February 11th, 2024, from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Eastern Time).

What does this mean for you?

• If you go to your pharmacy on February 11th (Eastern Time) between 12 a.m. and 12 p.m., you must pay for your prescription out of pocket and submit it manually (via email). Claim forms are available on our plan website.
• You cannot submit a drug claim using the Ellement App between 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. on February 11th, 2024, Eastern Time. You can submit your claims after this maintenance period.
• This does not affect dental claims or other healthcare claim submissions.
